Chris Stark is Managing Partner of Pivotal Resource Group based in Cary, North Carolina. He is a leadership and communications expert who specializes in behavior and values-based teambuilding. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Arizona State University and a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona.
Chris has 30 years of experience in developing winners. He mastered the principles of technique, self-control, and motivation to become a national Judo champion and two-time runner up. He also learned to customize his approach to each of the five national Judo champions he coached. Later, Chris transferred these and other principles of performance development to leaders and their teams in the restaurant industry where at one point he led more than 500 managers and 8,000 employees. Now, Chris works with leaders in many industries to improve the performance and results of their people.
